To resume the relations with Cuba, the Region has put together some events of cultural cooperation in the publishing field at the XIX International Book Fair in Havana.
From 3 to 7 February: presentation by the Vice-President at the Dante Alighieri Society and at the Italian Department of the Facultad de lenguas extranjeras (FLEX) of the University of Havana of the project of translation made by some Cuban students of a book entitled Leggere e guardare l’Emilia Romagna by Maria Giuseppina Muzzarelli afterword by Ezio Raimondi.
From 12 to 16 February: in Villena Library, then at the XIX International Book Fair of Havana Fortaleza de San Carlos de La Cabaña, Sala José Lezama, presentation of the Spanish edition of the dell´Artusi La ciencia en la cocina y el arte de comer bien-Manual práctico para las familias (790 recetas) y en Apéndice La cocina para los estómagos delicados which is part of the national series MIBAC Un Mar de Suenos, and of the DVD-ROM and of the website Los Antonelli arquitectos de Gatteo that is part of the regional series La Medidade El Dorado: Vida y empresas de emiliano-romañolos en las Américas by Maria Cristina Turchi.
Both publications produced by the Emilia-Romagna Region were donated to major institutions and libraries 1.000 and 200 copies
